Even after I do morning yoga and stretch everything out in downward dog, my back doesn't feel any better until I crack it. Do you think there are other poses to free up my vertebrate?

oh my gosh today has been so crazy.
I woke up at 5:45 did like ten minutes of yoga before running around the house like a madman trying to get everything I needed for the day. Then I went to school filled out a million scholarship applications, took a three hour ballet class,  and drove to work were I am now. After this I have to go to a Sherlock Homes rehearsal that I am teching the sound for. I probably will not be home until 9:30...

I have like zero arm muscle so is that part of the problem or am I just doing something wrong? I do try to focus on my tummy area it's just hard for me.
