Yoga Dinosaur



Hi. I'm Abi. love yoga and coffee (maybe a little too much), oh and dinosaurs too. Yoga is the only thing that has helped my self esteem or me to control my perviously twisted eating habits. It gives me a reason to get up in the morning and helped me realize all the awesome things and people in my life. This is my personal blog and documentation of my yoga journey to a happy, healthy life.

 

 

I can’t even explain why I love this so much, I just do. The human body is pretty amazing.
